I know Honey Brook and Lancaster County. In fact, I need to get back to Lancaster County soon.

I remember that font very well. That was my Church and I need to blog a little more about my brief visit there.

Very cool. This is the first time that I found a record there, and I wasn’t even looking. Have been busy with the 1940 Census, so was kinda busy.

What a beautiful baptismal font. I have ancestors from Honey Brook, near West Chester. They left in 1840 to go to Drumore Township in Lancaster County. Maybe my family knew yours? :-)

I was able to find a great-uncle’s baptism in Pittsburgh. Was pleasantly surprised to see it listed his parent’s place of birth in Hungary, too! I’ve been trying to figure out where this uncle’s family came from, for years.. but a search of his name brought up that record. :)
